The Annual General Meeting of the MCAHK was held at the Chinnery Room, The Hong Kong Club, Central, Hong Kong on the 1st March, 2005 Following the abovementioned Annual General Meeting, the following General Committee members have been elected:

*Mr. William Leung was elected as a General Committee member as the representative from Fok and Chan CPA replacing Mr. Phileas Fok.
