Conference in Hong Kong

In
celebrating its 75th Anniversary, the Association of Management
Consulting Firms (from the U.S.A.) held its first Asian Leadership
Forum in Hong Kong on the 22-23 September 2004. The theme
of the forum was "The Challenges of Building and Managing
Consulting Firms - Linking Firms, Motivating Staff, Ethics
and Accountability". The purpose of the forum was to
provide an opportunity for leaders of management consulting
firms and other interested parties to exchange views on the
status of consulting in Asia with a focus on China. The meeting
was sponsored by AMCF and co-sponsored by the Hong Kong General
Chamber of Commerce, the Management Consultancies Association
of Hong Kong, Deloitte, and Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
