A luncheon meeting was held at the Albert Room, Foreign Correspondents' Club, Central, Hong Kong on the 24 June 2004.

We are pleased to have invited Mr. K. M. Wong, JP as our speaker for this luncheon. Mr. K.M. Wong, JP is a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong and is in charge of its Capital Market Services Group. He has more than 30 years of experience as a professional accountant and specialises in IPOs and other capital market transactions. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant. Mr. Wong was a member of the GEM listing committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong up to May 2003. He is serving on a number of Government committees.

During the luncheon, Mr. K.M. Wong has spoken to our members on "How to prepare for an IPO".
