A luncheon meeting was held at the Albert Room, Foreign Correspondents' Club, Central, Hong Kong on the 29 April 2004.

We are pleased to have invited Mr. David O'Rear as our speaker for this luncheon. Mr. O'Rear is the Chief Economist of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Mr O'Rear has made regular radio and television commentaries on current issues of interest to the international business community, and conducted frequent oral and written presentations at top corporate levels focusing on conveying an understanding of the region's challenges and opportunities.

During the luncheon, Mr. O'Rear has spoken to our members on the economy and tax structure of Hong Kong.
