A luncheon with Mr. Duncan Pescod, J.P., Head of Efficiency Unit has been held successfully on Tuesday, 1st March 2005 at the Hong Kong Club. At the luncheon, Mr. Duncan Pescod, JP has talked on "Management Consulting and Training Opportunities with Government".
